valentine's day outfit #2

I already posted today about an outfit for Valentine's Day, but I really wanted to incorporate those cute tights from Urban Outfitters. I would describe this look as more cute and flirty.The items in this set are guidelines and most likely can be replicated by items you already have... a short dress, a heart necklace, a cute headband. All you need is the tights! What do you think?
